Summer Assignments/Supply Lists/Book Lists
SOF wants you to be prepared at the beginning of the school year so please click on the "Summer Assignment" link in the Student Resources section to the left side of this screen. Click your grade's link to find out what you will need to have or complete before the 2010-11 school year starts in September. Have great Summer!

Parents the following attachment is our Pledge Drive Form. Please use this form for our Parents Association Dues. This is how SOF's parents association takes care of our Teacher's wish list and has greatly helped with all the budget cuts the DOE has imposed. We thank you in advance!

HS Family and Student Surveys!
We want to know how your child best learns. You answers will be invaluable in helping teachers support your child's learning. For students here is a chance to explain what kind of learner you are! As opposed to the years before, the survey will be done online now to save paper. Here are the instructions:
1. Type in the URL - http://dashtodd.com/liftoff/survey/
2. Type in your Student ID and passcode. Each student should have been given these by her or his advisor.
3. Click "student" if student and "family" if family.
4. Do the survey as honestly and completely as possible, but skip any questions that you don't want to answer.
5. Click "Submit Survey" when you're done.
6. If you want to redo the survey, begin again from the beginning.
